There’s one BASIC thing you HAVE to do to create relationships with decision-makers, influencers, even prospective clients. And I reveal three ways to accomplish this one thing.

The one thing is: Be a person of value. Be hell-bent on service.

(1) Show the decision maker you SEE them and understand their intention

(2) Go the extra mile (Did you know the religious derivation of this phrase? We go there…and put it in publicity context)

(3) Be a person of integrity. Be reliable and do what you say you are going to do
