I send light to my heart center. I send light to space inside me that feels like something is missing; the space the feels empty, that feels punctured. I send light the space inside me that feel disconnected. I send light to the space inside my heart that yearns to reconnect to love, to purpose, to essence, to spirit. I recognize the emptiness, the sadness, the guilt is not a result of anything I have done, or anything that has been done to me but from my disconnectedness from my inner light, my inner guide, my source.
