“Small Steps result in BIG CHANGES. If I can do it, you can too!!” – Mina Penna

Mina Penna is a postnatal nutrition and fitness expert working with moms to help them find more balance by reducing stress, improving energy and stepping them towards their individual health goals.


Mina has so much passion for this because in her words, SHE WAS this person.  She worked in Corporate America for 20 years and as she continued to move up the ladder, she noticed that work was consuming her and her stress level continued to rise.  She knew her health was deteriorating but kept ignoring it thinking to herself that…”when I move on to the next stage of my life, I will be healthier” or “I will start tomorrow” or “I am eating healthy because I had the burrito with veggies vs. the pizza”.

Her breaking point came when her stress manifested itself as physical pain.  She was TOO YOUNG for chronic back pain.  She was working around the clock but was determined to prioritize her health.  It was at this point that she decided to seek help and eventually was certified as a holistic health coach in 2010.  Through this program, she learned how to reduce her own stress, eat healthy and find the balance that she desperately needed. Her biggest transformation was her mindset.  Once that changed and she knew the right things to do, losing the weight was surprisingly very easy.
