Jordana Edelstein has been coaching women in wellness, movement and self care for over 9 years.  She is a certified Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition, a 500 hour certified yoga teacher with Jules Mitchell and currently enrolled in a coaching mentorship with Dr. Gabrielle Fundaro.
