Neepa Sikdar is a former fashion buyer turned personal stylist, best selling author, brand ambassador and mom of 2. She began her career in the retail industry working as a clothing and accessories buyer for J.Crew, Donna Karan, Kate Spade and DKNY jeans. After successfully managing $40M+ businesses, Neepa wanted a more direct connection to her customer.
In 2014 she launched a personal styling business called Accessible Style where she styles female leaders on the rise by curating a signature wardrobe for the woman she is NOW.
Her clients include authors, coaches, financial advisors, lawyers, c-suite executives and seasoned 6-7 figure entrepreneurs. She helps women throughout the US with closet editing, personal shopping, outfit creation and brand styling. She believes that style is an incredible tool to help you achieve your goals and is proud of the success her clients have found after working with her.
She’s been featured in Business Insider, NJ Mom as Mompreneur of the Week, 201 Magazine, Spirit of Women magazine, etc.
It’s her belief that great style should be accessible to everyone that led her to launch an online fashion membership group called Rise + Style in 2020. Her dream has always been to create a size inclusive diverse community of women cheering each other while having fun with their clothes.
