The Pitch -- Ellie Burscough
Ellie Burscough has always been passionate about health and fitness and helping people.

As a child, she wanted to be a teacher and while things didn’t work out down that path, she has come to realize that what she is doing now is much more rewarding.  AND she is still teaching just in a different way.

Before she started her own business Ellie had reached a very low point in her life and was struggling financially.  She says that at one point she knew she had two choices – one was to curl up in a ball and play the victim and the other was to make a better life for her and her family.

Now a mom of two, she is incredibly successful helping other mothers learn to love and accept themselves and their bodies just the way they are. She also has a thriving business teaching other fitness professionals how to build a successful business.

When it comes to fitness, Ellie’s philosophy hinges on helping her clients build their confidence, work on their mindset, overcome emotional eating and showing them they can come first, as well as their kids. She does this through small group training, online mind and body program, phone coaching and retreats.

During this episode of The Pitch Podcast, we dive deep into how she can present herself to the media.
