Eileen is a leadership consultant who partners with organizations to assist them in hiring and leading exceptional people. Her work has improved productivity, profitability, and employee work passion in firms such as Anheuser-Busch, Ericsson Worldwide, General Motors, LEGOLAND, and the San Diego Padres, in addition to aiding small entrepreneurial businesses. Eileen also has extensive experience in executive and board assessment, evaluation, and development, and designs C suite selection and evaluation processes.

By examining existing processes and systems first, Eileen is able to collaborate with organizational leaders to implement changes that improve productivity and profitability and enhance the corporate culture and employee experience. Working with company leadership, Eileen breaks her innovative solutions down into simple steps that result in successful implementation. She works with organizations going through rapid growth, downsizing, mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, and cultural transitions. She facilitates succession planning, strategic planning, organizational change, joint problem solving, leadership development, and team building, and she partners with organizational leaders in an open, positive, caring manner to address business needs and connect to strategic and tactical solutions.

Eileen has more than twenty-five years of experience as an internal and external organization development professional. Eileen has experience as an Executive Coach, Human Resources Director, Corporate Training Director, Sales Manager, and Recruiter. She has worked with a wide variety of public, private, and non-profit organizations. She has also worked as a Consulting Director for the Ken Blanchard Companies (2012-2018) on key projects in addition to her Organizational Effectiveness Consultants (OEC) client work.

Eileen is also a delightful and engaging professional speaker and university instructor. She has been described as “exuberant” and “business savvy,” and a wonderful combination of “all business” and “all fun.” She combines practical knowledge, tools, and techniques with warmth and real world examples and experiences. She has taught organization theory and behavior, training and development, performance management, recruitment, and selection to undergraduate and graduate students at the University of California at San Diego, San Diego State University, and Chapman University. Eileen has been the President of the San Diego Chapter of the Association of Talent Development (ATD). Eileen brings and facilitates exceptional work, results, and joy to organizations.
