About

What’s this all about?

Tell me, how do you feel…right now?  What does your life look like? Like, really look like…underneath it all…?  Everything may appear peachy.  Or not.  But if you’re not content and your mind is telling you stories about how things should be different, you can feel like you’re constantly trying to extricate yourself from the fishing net that’s become your life.  Coaching will help you train your mind so you can access your innate power.  You’ll learn to shift your thinking to change your life.  You have all the answers.  You need to be reminded how wise you are.  And you need the tools to help uncover that wisdom.

Who is Amanda?

I am a professional writer and coach.  I graduated from The George Washington University with a degree in Journalism.  I have written for Forbes.com, Teen Identity Magazine, VolunTourism.org, various blogs and for corporate America. I am an American Council on Exercise-certified fitness pro.  And I am pursuing further education in the Coaching for Transformation program by Leadership That Works, at the Open Center in New York City.

Why I do what I do?

I know I can help you.  I have experience motivating and advising people in the areas of career, love, friendship, and money.  I have healed my own thinking, restoring a lifetime of fearful thoughts to a much more loving and accepting perspective.  I can help you do the same.
